How big are the pieces?
Our earrings are anywhere from 1.25" to 1.75" long and are under 1" wide.  The length is determined by the type of metal work on the individual pair.  If you would prefer shorter earrings, please note this preference when you check out, and we'll do our best to accommodate. 
Our star pendants are approximately 2" x 2" . Our holiday ornaments are approximately 4.5" long and about 4" wide.

If they're made of paper, won't they crumple or bend?
All of the earrings have been treated first with a starch solution and then coated with a clear lacquer and can therefore withstand a normal amount of wear and tear. They have passed our "jewelry box test." They've been tossed in a jewelry box with other pieces of jewelry and have come out no worse for the wear.
The star pendants and ornaments have not been treated with a lacquer, but since they are made of more substantial paper, they too have withstood the "jewelry box test."

Will water destroy them?
Due to the clear lacquer on our earrings, they can confidently be worn in the rain. However, we strongly discourage soaking your earrings or wearing them in the shower. Deny those impulses - no matter how strong they may be!
The star pendants similarly should not be submerged.

What kinds of metal do you use?
Our earrings can be purchased on standard nickel-plated, sterling silver, or 14k gold-plated wire.  When purchasing earrings, please choose your preferred metal from the pull-down menu under each piece.  All of our pendants use standard nickel-plated wire.

Why does my piece look a little different than the picture on the website?
Each small piece is made from a larger piece of paper.  That being the case, sometimes variations within a pattern can occur from pair to pair.  They are handmade and, of course, one of a kind!

I want a specific color or pattern.  How can I order it?
If you have specific color palate or would like a special animal or shape, please email us and we'll see what we can do.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is included in the price of each piece.  No additional shipping charges apply.

How will my order be shipped?
Each order will be shipped Priority Mail.

When will my order be shipped?
Because each piece is made to order, your order will be shipped 5-7 business days after your order is placed.

What is your exchange or return policy?
All sales are final. Because our business is currently so small, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Please make sure you check styles, ask any questions, and are content with your selections before you checkout.
